This is not the fastest car but for the money it is a lot of fun. It so far has gone everywhere my daughter and I have pointed it. I had bought a different car for a similar price and the tires were so slick it hardly went anywhere.

I wasn't sure I was going to like the rechargeable batteries thinking they would run out while my my kids were playing with the car, but so far the battery pack has outlasted the playtime. The vehicle looks well built and has survived accidental hits to the walls and even down a 3 steps. Good speed, good range. So far so good.

The truck is nice for toy grade. It has withstood being tossed, tumbled, dropped and ran into things. The battery life is short, some charges only lasting 30-40 min. But that's normal for continuous use on a nickle battery. I would suggest buying at least two more batteries if you plan to take it hiking. Don't expect it to climb to steep an obstacle, it doesnt have a high grade servo like hobby grade.
