The product is easy to use and I feel I will get a lot of use out of this refractometer.
Very Satisfied!

UPDATE (9/2/17)! Originally, the refractometer I received had a slight defect (fiber in the lens system). It was more of an annoyance than anything, but I couldn't give a high rating.
The company responded to me within a week or so of my review. They offered to send me a new refractometer, no charge. Their customer service has been absolutely fantastic! The new refractometer is great! Highly recommended! 😊

So easy to use

Good tool sold for much less than what the big online homebrew retailers sell it for. I found it easy to read and calibrate having never used one before. Calibration is just using the included screwdriver to tighten/loosen a screw that sets it at zero. Test w/ distilled water and it should read 0. The kit also came w the dropper and hard case. I personally like using this way more than a hydrometer.
As described
