I LOVE these shoes. They are extremely comfortable and light weight. I'm a size 7.. and I guess maybe every so often I can do a 7.5 and 8 -- but pretty much always a standard 7. Everyone else's review says they run too big, and for me, that was not the case at all. I'd say true to size. I may have to buy another pair in a different color!
