I usually wear size small in knit tops, so I defaulted to that size when I ordered this top the first time, and could barely get it on comfortably. Thankfully, I was able to exchange it for a medium and it fits perfectly now. Love the black and white striped top, and I think it looks just like the pic (minus the Eiffel Tower - lol). If you are between a small and medium, definitely size up!

It had a good thickness to it, and was quality and was perfect for my outfit!

I truly do wish I could have this top in every color and wear one every single day. It is absolutely the most comfortable and flattering shirt I own, hands down. In black, it is not at all sheer (though I do wear a black bra under it). The modal fabric feels buttery soft against the skin, washes (in cool water) and dries (on low heat) beautifully without stretching out of shape, shrinking or pilling up. I feel like a boatneck or bateaux-style neckline is most flattering on my bone structure, so this top works well, as it lays like a boatneck. I get that they label it as an off-the-shoulder top, but it doesn't stay off mine and that's just fine for me. I am 5' 4", 125 lbs. with a 36" bust, a 30" waist and a 37" hip and the size small fits exactly how I like (it's form fitting without feeling tight or stretched). Yes, this type of fabric can accentuate every bump, but in just the right size I feel like it can smooth out your curves. The short sleeves are an ideally flattering length, as well.

Finally found an off shoulder top.. I usually wear a large in strectchy tops but I ordered an XL in this based on the fact the description says fitted. I am 5"5 200 lbs but I carry most of my weight in my bottom half and I have a little bit of a belly and broad shoulders. I will say the XL fit but showed off a little more of my belly than I was comfortable with as well and it was a little short for my liking. I exchanged it for an XXL and it fits great, with some room to spare, but it's not baggy. The material is not thick but not thin and see through either. It can be worn dressy or casual. I bought it to go with midi skirt to wear to a wedding. I can't really explain the material though, it's like rayon but with a hint of cotton or jersey knit. It has a bit of a sheen to it. My husband thought I had on a leotard when I first tried it on if that helps. It is not as shiny as a leotard though but it is slightly shiny, but I think that's what gives it a dressier appeal.
