Phenomenal customer service and product!!!

The portfolio is a gorgeous tan and feels nice to the touch - much better than you would expect for the price point. Mine came with a crushed corner but I needed to use it and did not want to return it. The Gallaway guys reached out a couple of times to follow up and get feedback so I decided to tell them about the corner rather than leave a less than positive review on Amazon - to my surprise, they responded very quickly and sent out a replacement product. I have not received the replacement as yet but I'm sure it will be fine.
I would not hesitate to buy this product again or buy anything from Gallaway - just an amazing buying and support experience as well as a phenomenal product. Kudos to Arnie in customer service.

Wow - this is ridiculously nice for the price. Everything is snug, trim, and really, really impressive. I feel like this ups my professionalism and the caramel leather color matches some of my other accessories. All in all, really impressed and very satisfied.

Excellent buy. I had been looking for a Portfolio to carry...I now more than ever need to take notes. Stumbled upon this Gallaway Leather Padfolio and decided this is the one I'm going to try. Am I glad I did. Very neat, conservative notepad. Not flashy, professional. It's a light brown...something I was wanting. I do not like the darker ones. It is assembled very neatly. Stitched very nicely. I expect to get many years service from this Leather Portfolio...Great Price, Great Portfolio...

This product is extremely well made and really good quality leather. Very affordable price considering the high quality! I have actually had daily compliments on this Padfolio and have told them I bought it on Amazon.

The folder is a great design. very clean and well thought out. Not too many cup holders so to speak. it does get scratches and dents as noted by others but thats the nature of leather and gives it a unique character. If you want perfect, take care of it. The first one I received had the loop come off as noted by others. But I have to say they sent me out a second one next day, when that one had a loop problem they refunded by money AND sent me a new one which is working great!
Cant ask for more than that!
They have the best customer service i have seen.
I an going to use them as a model of customer service for my business!
