we expected better quality. Using the pre-drilled holes

Neat setup overall but for the price, we expected better quality. Using the pre-drilled holes, cabinet doors did not line up perfectly, the ice-maker does not operate as intended and the sink faucet is flimsy (our son already broke it off). I also wish there were racks/shelves within the fridge and oven.
High quality set with a lot of storage space

My son had one used kitchen which was cute but too small to put in all his stuff. I found this one more realistic, roomy, and attractive to him so he won't try to open our refrigerator and washer all the time.

This set includes a lot of functions, and can contain many pots, bowls, and kitchen tools. Just putting things into the refrigerator takes a while for my son. The first thing he wake up in the morning is to play his kitchen. He can do this all the morning. I should have purchased this bigger play kitchen earlier.

The most interesting feature of the refrigerator is that it can drop cubic ice (of course it is made of wood). My son loves to put the ice cube into a cup and bring it to me. Every morning he will try to make breakfast in front of his kitchen. I really enjoy the benefits this play set provides. The stove shelf is spacious and easy to use. The old one is not big enough to put the pan. My son likes to play play-doh on the stove surface. The clicking sound of stove control is very close to real ones, and the handle of facet is rotatable.

This set is made of wood with high quality. It is much better than a plastic one. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Is the assembly worth it, yes! Endless play.

This is a fantastic kitchen set for my 2 year old. It looks comparable to another higher end kitchen set that runs about $600 for a fraction of the cost. I wanted something not pink, blue, multicolor or white and this was the best grey one I found. The reason I docked a star is because the directions were terrible, worst than putting together something from Ikea. My husband almost gave up, so many screws, I mean who makes screws that are 1 mm different?! It was a bit time consuming to sort them out.

I purchased a bunch of play food and different kitchen items for the kids to play with, haven't put all of it out, less for me to clean up, ha. I do wish the oven had a shelf in it because I think it's a little lame you can fit more in it since it has the height room. I may purchase a wire rack later.

Overall it's a simple kitchen that has kept our daughter entertained for a long time, even my 9 month old likes to pull up on it (though I don't think the doors would withstand the weight of him pulling up).

I also purchased marble contact paper to "upgrade" the kitchen sick and stove area. I meaured it out and used an exacto knife to cut out the holes for the stove and sink. Most people who visit us think it came like that. We love this kitchen and would recommend it, just be patient while assembling it.

My daughter is pictured for height reference, she's 35 inches.
Uhhh it's a play kitchen set, not an atomic bomb

Well. It is cute. I am bothered that, of course, they missed sending us 20 screws that needed to be used on all the hinges, so currently we are door-less until we sort that out. Also, bless to all the men out there. I attempted this project alone while my husband was at work. I organized everything and flipped though the manual and was utterly overwhelmed. You almost need to be engineer to visual what you are even building. It'd be very helpful if they told what part of the set you were putting together. I ended up needing to ask over my brother-in-law. I'm not a moron. I am a teacher but this was too much. Single moms: ask a neighbor to help or make a kitchen out of cardboard boxes.
