Needed for occasional bedwetting and it works great. The longer size is great for a person who move up and down on the bed during sleep. It is a great product for sharing a bed. We use it on a king size bed and it covers my side. (yes, embarrassingly, I am the one with the bedwetting issue ugh). We place it over the mattress top sheet and I sleep directly on it while my wife enjoys normal non-bedwetter protected bed comfort on her side.

Having had bedwetting issues since I was a teen I have tried just about everything to protect the mattress. As a teen I used plastic garbage bags since my parents didn't know I was wetting the bed about once a month or so and I was too embarrassed to tell them. When I got my own place I graduated to the white plastic mattress covers. They were hot, uncomfortable, and noisy. Giving this past experience I am impressed that this protective bedwetter pad is very comfortable to sleep on. It is not hot or sweaty, like sleeping on the traditional plastic covered mattress. Also not noisy like the typical white plastic mattress cover crinkle sheets used for bedwetters.

This product works as described, it protects the bed. On the occasional nights that I do have an accident the pee is wicked away and I wake not feeling soaked. The pee is contained and only the bed pad, my sleep clothes, and the top sheet is all that needs to be washed. Makes for a stressful morning when the odd wet nights occurs.

So yes, I recommend this product for those looking for mattress protection from bedwetting. It is comfortable to sleep on and makes wet morning clean ups easy.

I have already gotten 2 of these, and I am about to get a 3 because....they're magical to have when you have children who spill things, two who are potty trained during the day buuuuuuut, accidents still happen sometimes at night, and....parental units that are now aged and TO an age where it is "Win, Lose, or Draw" on whether they're going to make it to the bathroom on time. I can chuck these in the washer on HOT with bleach and BLADDOW!....back in business for bedtime again the next night. They ARE "ultra soft" and they DO feel like there are 4 layers and they are far more absorbent than other reusable pads we've tried in the past. I've been impressed that as they get washed...they don't seem to turn into pancakes. Very awesome...

I had washed 3 times then this. Thus product is way too weak.

Absolutely perfect! Fits perfectly in my Dads recliner, very absorbent, never leaks or spills. I love having something that can be washed instead of being thrown away.

Washed pad and it shrank to 34"x32" but that's the size I was looking for anyway. Nothing was offered for sale in that size and yet we had some already with the 34"32" measurements. Must mean that they all shrink a bit. Also some pilling when laundered, not the fabric itself but seems to have picked up lint and have to practically shave it off, so I would say the fabric is a bit clingy. Otherwise no complaints. It's nice to have these water proof pads in the bed to catch leaks and stains, but also to use for positioning and re-positioning my mom. The pad is strong enough to move her around with.
