Arrived broken but didn’t notice until install.

Product arrived broken. Didn't notice until I installed it, then went to screw in a bulb and per the picture, you can see the aluminum bulb base fell out of the ceramic bulb holder. This aluminum base serves two important functions: hold the bulb securely to the lamp and it conduct electricity from the negative side of the bulb to the negative (white) wire going though lamp to bulb base. Therefore this bulb will not attach nor connect electrically to the lamp. You can see this aluminum base is riveted to the ceramic base, and the river just pulled through the thin cheap aluminum. Hope to get this exchanged at no cost because I'm out labor cost to an electrician...

Beautiful. Easy installation. This fixture looks better and has a better price than anything similar in the big box stores. We used it in our bedroom, I was afraid my husband wouldn't like it bc of the crystals. But he loved it says it's "sexy" and modern.

Really nice light. It is bright enough for my kitchen and it gives the room a homier feel. Love it. It took a little while to install and a trip to Lowe's as the screws weren't long enough to fit into the recess in my ceiling. All in all, very happy.

Very pretty, but not perfect - good fit and finish but a little flimsy. I've installed a lot of ceiling lights and this one was among the more annoying to install due to the way the base mounts to the ceiling bracket, basically with a universal bracket and some slippery bolts with not quite enough head room. It looks good on the ceiling but takes longer to mount that it really should for the price, think 45 minute job instead of a 15 minute job.

The chandelier is beautiful, exactly as pictured. Looks lovely in my foyer & gives off a good amount of light. We had a few hiccups with installation, mainly with the capping of the diffuser glass at the bottom. The rod that holds all the pieces together was either too short or there were too many pieces...we ended up leaving out a couple of the end discs in order to be able to screw it all in place.
