This is a perfect yarn for a baby blanket that I'm crocheting. It's soft and not bulky (3 ply). It's a boy so I got the baby blue color that flows into white and back into blue. When it's finished I'll make a nice, fancy edging all around.

This is lovely yarn! I had never tried Lion brand "Ice Cream" before. It is a very clean yarn. What I mean by that is that it is not so obviously an acrylic yarn. I doubled-checked to be sure it was not a cotton or a cotton blend. It works up tighter than other brands. I really enjoy working with it. My new baby blanket is nearly finished!
