I got this yarn for the color. It looked more green to me in the photo (white sands) but it's definitely gray. The yarn is great and I have used it before. Just don't trust color in photo.

I wrote a review saying this yarn was not for beginners, that it split very easily and was hard to work with, although a nice color and texture. I spoke TOO SOON. Yes, it does have a sort of loose thread twist, but with some practice, it's very nice. After I wrote the review, I decided to try it on something ultra simple, a straight knit scarf. Now that I've practiced with this yarn, it's fine. Also, I previously wrote I wouldn't buy this brand again...I had mean I wouldn't buy this particular yarn again. But I will.
