I tried the other ones that say "Plush". No good. This one is wonderful. I have the California King Split I Serta motion. Unfortunately, one of the 2 I ordered was ripped right at the end of the seam. But the one I kept I would highly recommend. It zippers with a very nice cover on top of the entire plastic. It fit the Twin XL perfectly. I am sending the ripped one back and ordering a new one. I tried another I had to send back. Don't fool around with the others. This one is so perfect. It zips on 4 sides so it is easy to put on. I am frustrated one was ripped, but Amazon will have another here in no time.

I can't speak to the bed bug issue, or the waterproof issue, but I can tell you that this helped a LOT with my dust allergy, which is severe. I got the mattress protector and pillow protectors and now I'm back to not sneezing in the middle of the night, nor in the mornings. This is a very comfortable protector with no noise issues as some can have...rustling and so forth.

Nice quality. Fabric is soft, there is no odor and was very easy to put on. It worked very well over my Mom's twin size memory foam mattress. A little loose, but we think once the mattress fully expands, it will be fine. Thankfully, "no accidents" from Mom, so can't really review on the waterproof part. She said it doesn't slide, slip or shift during sleep. Once we put the fitted sheet over it, we couldn't even tell it was on. Nice product, put in on with mattress standing up, slipped it on like a sleeve. Zipped right up, did have to tuck it under a little to avoid the bagginess. Would definitely recommend.

I was slightly concerned this would not fit my thick pillowtop mattress, but it actually fit just fine with even a bit of room to spare. Having a 360 / fully encased protector was important to me but I wasn't looking to spend a ton of money either. This met both criteria and is easy enough to wash using their directions. I took off one star because the fabrication feels more plastic-y than I'd like, but at least it doesn't crinkle under the sheets.
