Seems to be working great! I did let the wipes warm up for an hour or two after plugging it in before expecting them to be warm, though, as I'm sure it takes time for it to get heated up right. So convenient to have it all there- I can place a bottle in it to be warming up while I get baby changed and taken care of. I also appreciate being able to use it in the car as well.
Product concept is great; only downfall is wipes dry up rather quickly

Generous customer service by seller. Product concept is great; only downfall is wipes dry up rather quickly, but works if you add a little bit water once they start drying. Since the heat comes from the bottom thats where it dries faster. The bottles take along time to warm up, however bottle warmer is great for night time feedings and i leave it on all day with bottles filled with water to try to have warm water on hand always.

The reviews were good which is why I got it but I must have gotten a bad one because its terrible. I had it warming up for 10 min and then when I went to grab a wipe it was cold. I opened up the top and felt them and only the bottom wipes had warmed after all that time.
