These work great. I put them under my Mothers chair. Being elderly she drops into her chair often. Which makes her chair slide. These, under the feet of her chair, keep her from sliding. And they are very durable. I've just replaced the first set I put on at least a year or more ago.
It does make it harder to move the chair for cleaning but I can handle that.

I needed this to stop my sofa and love seat from moving wherever anyone sat down. It was super easy to cut down and fit on to the legs. I secured the provided double sided tape to the top of the pad and stuck it to the bottom of leg. Once in place you have to lift the sofa to move it! I highly recommend, especially if you have wood floors!!
