These are the best digestive enzymes ever. I have used them 20 years, My friends agree they are great. I gave them a dozen years ago with instructions. I take a couple at night after a fistful of vitamins -- no kickback ever. Bring on the hotsauce, the peppers, mexican beans. Stuff in too many peanuts?

They taste lovely like a light after dinner mint, and help me to not highly regret what I just put into my body. I'm not sure what if any much use can be derived from them if you dont have pre-existing digestive issues, but if you are on that particular boat then these things are a complete and absolute lifesaver. The major difference between these and the originals is the enzyme to help break down fats, which is a very difficult thing to find, most focus on starches, dairy, and protien, but this ones got it all, baby.
