These are pretty great. We have a 9-foot wide section of windows (three 3x5 windows together) and two 2x2 windows up high. I ordered nice blinds online and was still frustrated with the light coming in around the sides. These basically fixed it. My only struggle was that the adhesive on the magnetic strip is SUPER sticky and if it so much as grazes the wall before you're ready to attach it, it will stick and when you pull it off it takes the paint with it and then doesn't stick anymore. This happened to me twice (it's very hard to hold steady a 60-inch strip with adhesive until you have it just in the right spot). I had to use glue to attach it because of this but so far it's holding ok. And I would love if they could invent a different solution for the between-blinds issue! (see pic - note the light at top is because I have combo light-filtering/blackout shades and that's the light-filtering part all scrunched up at the top)

Don't fall for it. Its basically cheap l shaped plastic with double sided tape on it. Save yourself a ton of money and go buy it for less than a dollar a foot from home depot and get a roll of double sided tape for $3. It wouldn't work for me and when i requested a return it was ignored. Product was never installed or cut, but the seller won't respond to the return request. Stay away!!

The product did take literally 5 minutes to install, although I didn't have to cut since my window shade is just over 60 inches in height. Depending on how tight the shade is to your window sill, you can install the L-shaped plastic with the tape or just the magnetic tape separately. I installed the tape separately since my shade was custom measured to be tight (but still left a gap that required this product). The magnet allows for the plastic to be adjusted and removed, which is huge for me since the shade is tight and there's no way I can draw it with the plastic on.

Light is completely blocked. My shade already blocks the top and the bottom, so if yours doesn't, you might get an additional set. The product is easy to install and adjust. The L-shape plastics match the color of my shade and the wall. I initially thought the price was a bit high for something I can probably get at the local hardware store, but with the way this product was put together, now I think it's very much worth it.

We love our Sleepy Time Tracks. Before we got them, we were waking up at the crack of dawn due to the amount of light the blinds let in. They do a great job of making the room nearly lightless. They're simple to install: cut them to size with some durable scissors, peel and stick the adhesive strips to the inside of your window frame. You do need to make sure you have good contact between the adhesive strip and the strip on the track, or small amounts of light could possibly get in. Ours have worked perfectly during the summer months.

I work nights and sleep during the day. I had blackout shades and blackout curtains but still light was getting through. I added these and my life is changed! Expensive for what they are (L-shaped plastic with magnetic tape) but the price is worth the better quality sleep I get now.
