Somewhat loose and noisy!

Unfortunately the shaft for the chuck is loose when out of the upmost or the farthest down position (in other words when in use!). Also it makes a lot of noise possibly due to a lack of direct connection (or a loose connection) to the chuck shaft from the pulley at the top of the shaft. I had the first one replaced for free and the new one does the same thing.
