Haven't baked with them yet but I can't wait to. They feel super durable and the detail I was able to get with the chocolate was amazing. I was truely impressed. The price is a bit high for my liking but great deal when you compare buying them separately. I am doing a bubble guppies themed party for my 2 year old who is going to love the sea creature creations!

I talked to amazon about these, Thes are not for adults as well as for crafting they r more 4 a child and easy bake oven I was litteraly shocked at the tiny tiny size of the items as well as the light weight of the product, No way would these useable for plaster, I was highly disappointed esp since I spent 17 for 1 mold turtle and that was a crab not a turtle, I sent them to my church for camp, Thes are just a joke. Very very sad 20 for nothing! I feel I'm due a complete refund! Don't buy these if u are an adult more for the 4 to 6 year range

They are small but worked great. I am no candy maker but took a quick lesson from a friend on melting chocolate and mixing colors to do a special project for my daughters wedding. I ordered larger molds also which worked great in the assortment. Once I perfected the colors and mixed the shells together with sugar sand, a lot of people thought they were real shells in the boxes and didn't know until other were eating them that they were to eat. These are only maybe an inch in size but as an accent shell worked great. Could be good for cake designs to. Some of the star shape doesn't come out perfect and stuff but that just added to the authentic look to them.

These worked great for seashells for an ocean-themed birthday cake for my child's party. Due to a nut allergy, I wasn't able to get ready-made sugar/fondant shells due to the facility warnings, but I was able to buy safe white chocolate chips and melt them and cool them into this mold! That was super easy and yummy on the cake!
