This wrap is a nice size. The problem is that it is not made of a material that you can place directly on your skin when frozen. I have to use a towel. So rather than come with fabric over it or something that won't hurt your skin, they used whatever this is made of. I ordered a different large wrap on Amazon that is made of a nice soft fabric that doesn't hurt your skin and it works beautifully. This one is designed great other than that. Using a towel with it is a pain.

We bought the knee kind. I was hoping it would serve many purposes.
It would be great if it could extend longer to go over a shoulder/back for shoulder pain as well but it won't.
It works great for the knees and you can use it for the elbow but you have to tie the straps instead of using the Velcro.
