This product is a compete misrepresentation of its so called quality. It is rigid. Not flexible or stretchy as advertised. False advertisement!!! Garbage. No response to review... yet. You should refund my money and stop lying to the public about this product. Take it off the market and improve considerably before selling again. The idea is good the quality is poor and the advertisement is a complete lie. Amazon should ban you for lying to the public...

Velvety soft but firm and flexible. I Enlarged the hole vertically, and removed the ball strap. I think this was designed for a much smaller gentleman. But love it now. Very comfortable and east to remove unlike some of the other shiny rubber type compounds that stick to your hair and rip them out.

Have a little imagination my friends and think outside the box.
I too am on the larger side and have figured out how to use.
First insert the prostate stimulator, then pull some of the scrotum through so that you can manipulate a ball in, then pull more if your scrotum through until you get the second. Finally work your shaft through. It does work. It is very tight, it is snug, and it is also satisfying.
I personally slept with it all night once I figured this combination out. Would be nicer if the strap along the perineum were a little longer, but it works!
