I like them and can notice a difference in pain. There is relief using these socks. Since my Dr. told me to always wear shoes that support my arch and never go barefoot I was disappointed as I love to go barefoot around the house. These allow for being mostly bear foot with arch support, so it is better than shoes all the time. I also wear them with shoes that don't have any shanks in them and they help with support for those (at least until I wear the shoes out), so they will also save me money that way. I also think it is a great idea to have different colors to choose from so they can match socks or clothes. I notice some companies only offer one color. Thanks SB Sox. I am sure I will get more so I can have a range of color choices as well not wearing them out as fast.

These socks are awesome. I have a fallen arch on one foot & an old hairline fracture one the other that bothers me from time to time; after wearing these socks for just a few hours both my feet feel great. Some mornings it is hard to step on the foot with the fracture when I first get out of bed, but if I sleep with the sock on my foot doesn't hurt in the morning-- I now have happy feet!! ( my shoe size is 9 & I have a Med Sox & the fit is good & comfortable; the pink is cute!)

I have ankle supports that i use on both feet.but over time it stopped helping and i couldn't get the swelling in my right foot to go down. I bought size small for my size 6 1/2 - 7, archless feet and they are perfect. I have perhaps a unique reason for needing these socks. I wear land/water shoes. So I wear socks with my shoe so I walk an hour on the side walk at Ala Mona then take off the socks (because sand fills in the toe area) then I walk in the ocean up to my chest for another hour. These compression foot sleeves are the best. I get full support of my feet over land and sea. Usually when I hit walk the water portion on my walk, my arches would ache or catch cramps when I walk on the sand or rocks in the water.
