This vegan pudding mix has a good consistency and taste. I've had the chocolate one, too - just as good! Be careful not to use too much liquid when mixing or it won't set up correctly. Mixed with 1 can pumpkin + 1 container cool whip, it makes the most delicious fluffy pumpkin dip for cookies/wafers!

This pudding works for me - I'm managing my blood sugar via diet, exercise and a bunch of supplements. I'm very, very careful and I appreciate things that make supporting this lifestyle easier. And this stuff is pretty tasty, too. It's an instant pudding, and more like a mousse than a dense pudding. You don't need a lot to feel like you have had a treat. I use a mix of heavy cream and an almond-milk/coconut milk mixture. Keeps it a little lighter than straight cream, but gives it a great texture with the cream. I also have bought the strawberry and the vanilla and will review those when I get to it, but the chocolate is my favorite.
