My daughter loves vacuuming with us! It doesn't suction at all (I thought I read that it did) but that isn't a big deal. Super fun toy for her!

My daughter is extremely terrified of the vaccum, like full blown crying and screaming anytime we even go near the closet that has our vacuum. Needless to say I was very worried about this purchase but needed to give it a shot. Within a few minutes of receiving she was playing with it, and within 2 days she was helping her dad move the actual vacuum! I couldn't believe it and was so happy! It is a little flimsy, and I didn't like how there is nothing to hold the little attachment piece to the vacuum, unless I'm completely missing something. Other then that it is probably one of the best purchases I ever made for my girl and the fact that it got her over her fear alone, and so quickly is the reason I give it 5 stars. Would highly recommend to anyone with a child who has the same fear and/or special needs.

Btw, I did notice on other reviews that people mention they are missing attachments, and I just want to try to clear up any misconceptions others may have. The pictures make it look like there are more attachments, but it is actually one piece that you can put 2 different attachments on. There is only 1 attachment to this vacuum (edging tube) and there are 4 pieces in total. The top portion (this is where one of two attachments go), the tube (main attachment), the floor sweeper piece and a small edging tube attachment. I could be wrong and people may actually be missing something but just wanted to try to clear up for anyone if I could.

My grandson loves to vacuum!! Absolutely loves it and this vacuum is nice in that is looks just like the real one and is light enough he can use but if it actually worked it would be THE BEST. As it is a great toy he plays with but still wants to use the real one bc this one doesn't actually pick up dirt. :)

My 2 year old always wants to vacuum whenever I get my Dyson out. I tried to let her do it a little, but then actual vacuuming would not get done. Now she has her own Dyson. Every time I vacuum she grabs hers and follows me around. It is so adorable.

If you have a toddler at home and is always wanting to "help" while you're chasing them around the house with the vacuum, this is it. There is a small bit of suction that will pick up the little dust bunnies that only a toddler can find. It will not suck the demons from them during a tantrum but will probably provide you with a bit of solace in knowing it won't suck off your favorite lashes from your face when they have to show you that they are helping.
