I wanted to use the bottle for at least a week before I posted a review. So far, I love it! I'm one of those terrible people who prefers bottled water over reusable water bottles. I guess I have a sensitive nose and taste buds! I use our filtered pitcher in the morning and then refill it at work a few times a day and the water always tastes great- nothing metallic, nothing at all. I really like the grip, it makes me feel more confident carrying it around all day. I liked it enough to buy a second bottle for my son.

This is perfect for my five year old to take to school with him. We ordered the black one and it looks very nice and feels like good quality. I love that my son is drinking from a glass bottle so we don't have to worry about plastic chemicals leaching into his drink. Perfect size for an elementary school student and it can be put in a backpack without worrying about leaks (assuming you screw the lid on well). Would definitely recommend!

After just a month of moderate use, my 12-oz bottle (filled with room temperature water) shattered in its casing after being placed on my desk 10 minutes prior. The bottom of the bottle cracked and water seeped out from under the casing, though the casing held the glass in. I lifted the casing off the bottom, as shown in the video, and water streamed out. I must also note that I did not drop the bottle once, nor heat nor cool it more than refrigerating it briefly the day before.
While the product was unsatisfactory, the customer service was helpful and they provided me with a full refund and offered a replacement as well.

Ordered the 32oz version last winter and loved it, so when I dropped that bottle and broke it I ordered another, in the 22oz size.
Not sure if I have a defective item or if the design has changed, but the cap on my new bottle makes the bottle very difficult to use. When you try to screw it tight, the cap pops loose and the bottle leaks. If you use the loop on the cap to carry the bottle when full, the weight of the bottle pulls the cap loose and it leaks. Neither problem happened with my original bottle. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the new bottle -- would not recommend.

It fulfills my expectations enough that I bought a second one to give them a chance to dry out. They fit in the beverage holder of our Honda Civic, but not the Honda Element. We use filtered water, and the water maintains its clean taste overnight, when necessary. When the water is kept in a metal or plastic container, it usually picks up metallic or plastic flavors. The sleeve is tacky enough that it's an easy sure grip when I pick it up.
