I bought this specifically to use for weeding my vinyl designs. The brightness of it is perfect to be able to see those little areas you can't really see with no light underneath. It is very thin, which makes it easy to store.
My only complaint is the USB port seems to be loose. Since it wiggles, sometimes the light will turn off if you lightly touch the cord. It could have just been mine that received a faulty port.
Though it says for kids, I'm not sure I'd agree since the USB port is wiggly. I foresee it not lasting long with kids who may turn it and cause the port to mess up more.
Overall, I do love it. I can deal with a wiggly port as long as it lights up for me.
