I used it for one week and was, quite frankly, shocked at the results. My hair looked like it did 15 years ago. I switched to regular shampoo to avoid it taking me back 30 years! Based on what I'm seeing now I'll probably use this once or twice a week to maintain "just enough grey" to not look like I dye my hair. I earned those grey hairs. I don't want them to completely disappear! I'm impressed.
