I returned my first Red/Black poncho I ordered two months ago due to the damage "” the stitching gap in the back went across the middle of the back. I got my refund, but still wanted to get that wrap, for I love it (and have ordered it already several times in the past). So, I went ahead, and returned the first damaged one, and then ordered it one more time. The second, long waited for Red/Black wrap finally arrived"” but unfortunately it was defective again. And the defect for some reason, was even worse the second time around"” the coming apart stitching in the back was even wider and more noticeable than my first order"” the coming apart stitching in the back went along the whole back this time. I now, sadly, have to deal with returning the wrap for the SECOND time. Disappointing, if not puzzling....
