Very Bright LED Headlamp and Impeccable Customer Service

This LED headlamp is fantastic!! As my neighbors say when I walk my dog at night, this headlamp lights up the entire street. I feel much, much safer walking my dog in the dark since buying this headlamp. Also, the customer service provided by Totobay Direct was amazing! I had an issue with my headlamp (no fault of the product or the company) and the customer service rep that I dealt with would not rest until my matter was resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this headlamp and this company.

This wasnt what i was looking for. very heavy and bulky. What was most off putting for me was the fact that there was only a small silicon barrier separating the batteries from the back of my head. and the seal did not seem to fit on there very snug, so the possibility of it falling off over time or loosing this piece seemed very likely. Maybe these would be better on a helmet, but dont want to put batteries right onto my head like that.

I'm using this headlamp mostly for walking my springer spaniel. During the winter, it gets dark in Minnesota quite early, so I'd use it for at least 4-5 months for my daily routine. I don't mind cold during winters, but darkness is quite challenging. This light is very bright, it lights up 40-50 yards in front of you (not like daylight, but more like floodlight) - some might even find it intimidating or overkill, I'm very happy with it. It makes walking at night quite pleasant and safe for both me and bypassers. It prevents from getting spooked and makes you and around you assertive and fully aware of the situation. Very bright LED Headlamp

As far as product goes it's bright and I am glad I purchased this item. But I have only one concern. I work around oil wells pumping units and oil tanks and I am worried that carrying a lithium battery might not be a safe bet. I wrote to the company but I haven't heard anything back from their customer service department.

Very bright light, comfortable, different light settings. Comes with everything you need. Great for outdoor work, snow shoveling, bike and lawn mowing at nite. Power outages, camping and anytime you need a lot of light and both hands free.
