This is nothing at all like homemade or gourmet soup. There are a few scattered bits of carrot, noodles, and kidney beans. I saw probably four chickpeas in the whole can. I would only buy this again if I was serving dinner to people I didn't like. I only gave two stars because it was more edible than some MRE food i have had. Hardly, but still.

This soup tastes like homemade. I love this sweet potato corn chowder flavor. I'm sure I could pour a few cans into a crockpot and take it to my next pot luck dinner and people would beg me for my recipe! I'd have to tell them it was a guarded family secret. LOL.

I bought Black Bean with Red Quinoa soup. Great taste, not too salty as many canned soups. Some cans seem more sour than others. I keep a can on hand at work for quick lunch at my desk. Sometimes I add a couple tablespoons of peanut butter for creamier taste and protein boost.
