1. They include a sheet of common customer complaints and how to avoid them. I'm a sucker for candor and honesty, transparency, and clear instruction.
2. I like that my purchase included not one, but three pens. Now I can use multiple tips without waiting. I'm not so good with the patience part.
3. The set came with an extra set of tips. HOLY ALL THE THINGS BATMAN!

We need the 'threads' for the nib tips to be universal for ALL 'screw-on' pens PLEASE.

I used it for signing my woodwork and the stencils helped me to make it look good as I am not much good at freehand

Item works well. I used it for signing my woodwork and the stencils helped me to make it look good as I am not much good at freehand. The pen works well when you let it warm up and I can see why some complain about the points coming loose, but that is to be expected when brass heats up. I noticed the loose point and gently turned the point against a spare piece of wood; it tightened enough for me to finish my work. These type of wood burning pens need to be treated gently and that is not so hard to do and is not a complaint.

I know when I ordered it that it was refurbished but I expected to be able to use it more than one time. The points never fit good after it got hot. They were always lose finally one broke off in it, couldn't get it out . I finally had to throw it away because it was not fixable. I will never buy anthing used again
