I get lots of compliments on this kettle, which is a weird thing to recieve complements on, but I figure that means they are genuine. I like that it's aestically pleasing and Well made. For example the wood grain image on the handle doesn't show any wear and tear after lots of use. The lever to pop open the cap is sturdy and isn't going to break anytime soon. The circular top fits snugly and safely contains steam. I love it.

I liked the appearance and function of this kettle. Unfortunately, there are already rust spots forming on the inside. I never leave water sitting in the kettle, so there's no good reason for this except that the quality is poor. I'm very unhappy that I will have to replace this item after only two months. My previous (Le Creuset) tea kettle lasted ten years. I guess you get what you pay for.

Cons: Water seeps out from under the top cap - it spurts out sometimes and has stung my hands
Needs a better spout for pouring - it comes out a strong flow, but when you try to gently pour it goes everywhere
