I really like this new shower head. Water is soft and gentle when I shower and feels great when you put your face into it. My old one felt like it was stinging my face so this is a great improvement. It was very easy to install. I ordered a longer hose for the hand held wand so I could wash and rinse my little dog without holding him up to the shower to wash and rinse. He likes to walk back and forth while I use the wand and it amuses me to watch him enjoy it!
I took the water restrictor out and just don't turn the water on full blast to save water. It still gives me great full streams of rainfall water too.

Gave it 2 stars even though I'm returning it. So disappointed in this shower head. There were no instructions and although at first I wasn't concerned since I've installed many shower heads in the past, I soon realized this wasn't going to turn out well. The shower head does not stay put and there's no way to tighten it so it will. There are no leaks but the shower head slowly moves and will not stay in position.

The handheld device is nice and easy to use but there's no way to have just the handheld on without water coming out of the shower head. In my opinion defeats the purpose of having the handheld device.

Not what I expected and not worth the extra money I chose to spend on the whole set up. Cannot recommend. Am returning for a refund.

Lastly, the seller sends an email offering to assist with problems if you reply to the email but the email returns unable to send. Frustrating and so disappointing.

Ok so first impression when received literally 20 minutes ago, not bad especially for the price. Although as soon as I had it all installed and tested it I found out that the selector leaks like a siv... Not impressed. I believe the heads themselves could last some time but that diverter switch feel so cheaply made that if you twist it too quickly it just might snap.
Couldn't find info on the length of the hose. Someone said it was 3.5 feet long when in all actuality it comes in at just about 58". Thumbs up for being more than 3.5'!
Still debating if I'll send this back or deal with the shoddy diverter...
Update*
Decided it would be easier and less of a hassle to just buy a new/different diverter.

The only problem I had is I installed it without the flow restrict or first. Way too much pressure and steam for the small bathroom. I took it apart and put the flow restrict or in. Perfect. Turns out the hose for the hand held is very cheap and has fallen apart. I am the only one using it. I am going to have to buy a decent replacement hose. Down graded review.

Loved this product ! Was a breeze to install and greatly improved my shower experience! My old shower-head was a simple generic no name brand that came with the house,so this was a very welcome upgrade.The 2 functions give you the flexibility to choose the way you want the water to flow, so you can change it mid shower or between showers. Comes with everything you need including hose and hardware/tape. Will definitely recommend this high quality product to family and friends.
