I was recommended these by my eye doctor as a post-op lubricant for my eyes. They have worked perfectly and have helped my eye heal as quickly as possible. I haven't noticed any adverse effects from the drops and they make my eye feel so good when it is dry.

I ad Lasik a few years ago and as a result my eyes get very dry. This is the only product that has worked for me.
