I bought these to use for a part time security gig and let me tell ya they work perfect and they are compatible with the Kenwood TK-3300 which it does not list that one on the description. The audio is very clear

They don't fit well at all, constantly coming out or completely falling off our ears.
Does not pick up mic on Baofeng

does not pick up from mic on F8HP. moved plug around cleaned. Baofeng model works well.
