I bought this for my dad who was reluctant Because he was using something else to "make do" and trying not to spend money. Turns out the pillow did a good job. The only concern that we had was that the leg we were worried about had prior surgery and where it contacted on the pillow caused some discomfort. We used a piece of memory foam and that seemed to help. But it's an issue specifically to him. I was very pleased with the density of the foam and the support it gave his legs.

Wide enough to rest both legs on at the same time. I have been sleeping with it post-surgery on my Achilles tendon for almost a week and no complaints. I am 5 ft 8 in tall. Retains its shape and does not slide. Quite firm; I cover it with a thick blanket for a bit of a softer feel. Be sure to position the wedged part right up against where your legs meet your buttocks for best support and comfort. Cover is removable and washable, but you may want to purchase an extra cover ( also sold on Amazon) if, like me, you need to keep your leg elevated at all times.

This is amazing. I had a bilateral bunionectomy (big toe and little toe restructuring on each feet.) . This pillow worked perfectly to elevate my feet above my heart while laying down. I would highly recommend it for any type of leg/knee/ankle/foot surgery recovery. Great item for the price. I couldn't even find this at a medical supply company!

Am recuperating from foot surgery and this pillow is wonderful to keep my foot elevated. I was using bed pillows or couch throw pillows until it arrived and each time I moved my leg it was like playing Jenga with pillows. This pillow is firm and stable yet comfortable. I expect to continue to use it after my foot is healed as I think it's helping alleviate my low back pain. I would buy again and would recommend to others. It is a quality product and good value.

Best pillow to elevate legs and for back pain. Been searching for a good pillow for a very long time. I've purchased at least 6 and none of them worked for me. I am able to get in meditative position and take all pressure off my back & legs. I'm only 5ft tall and my legs do extend off the pillow so I wish it was longer. This pillow is well made, not hard like a rock, just supportive. It comes beautifully packaged and upon opening it unfolds quickly. The cover is already on it so it reshapes with the cover on! The material is super soft so skin irritations!!! NO ODOR-yay! Finally found a good leg elevation pillow. It feels similar to my Temperpedic mattress!!!
