The disc is smaller in size than I had anticipated. I have size 8 feet and my feet actually extends outside of the disc when I step on it. Since the circumference is small I have to lock my knees together when I use the disc. It is uncomfortable to use and will have to get used to the compact size of the disc. Would have preferred it to be a bit bigger in size.

I read the reviews before ordering and am so surprised that no one commented on how small the disc is. I wear a size 10 women's shoe and half my foot was hanging off the edge of the disc. Not only was that kinda uncomfortable, but made the reflexology portion of the product completely useless. Might be good for kids or people with shoe size 7 or smaller. It does spin, but doesn't seem like it is made very well.
