My Siamese cat is 15 years old and she was diagnosed with arthritis in her back. She was peeing outside the litter box. Vet. put her on Torb, (that is like morphine cats) for pain. I called Pet wellbeing and they told me that comfort Gold for cat would be good for her. It has really worked for her and she is peeing in box and I have cut down on the Torb medication. I really recommend this for cats with pain problems
