I have a very small car, a Kia Rio, and this thing is way to small. If I pull it up so the magnets attach to the metal at the top of the windshield, the wiper blades are left exposed at the bottom. If I pull it down so it adheres to the hood of the car, the top part of the windshield is exposed. Of course since it is not stuck to the metal at the top, there is the whole width of the windshield for it to gap and blow and allow in all the things you don't want. And pulling it taut and closing the doors on the little flaps didn't work well either. The material is so lightweight that when you try to quickly close the door, the flaps fly up and are outside.

Not what it's showed in the pictures, but it does the job on a snowy winter

First of all, this IS NOT what I received BUT it's actually helpful, specially on snowy days since it actually covers the windshield and prevents ice from forming after it gets heated from inside's heat. That being said it is a fact that it's very lightweight and very, very likely to be blown away by the wind, however, on it has like two flaps or something like that to put inside your car and secure it in place, but even with that I'd recommend using your wipers to further secure it on the windshield.
