Been about 12 hours since I received it. I waited to give a review so I could work the "bugs" out. If you get a zero right out of the gate don't be alarmed. I did and waited another ten hours for the next sync and the radon levels went up slightly which I'm assuming is probably closer to the real thing based on prior charcoal tests and mitigation systems I have in the home. Another "bug" was when I went to open the app the next morning it basically asked me if I wanted to start over but after turning on Location and Bluetooth it. Not sure if that was why it acted up but it works now. There also was a small issue with a delay from building my account on the app and then using that username/password for the website. Need to give it sometime. Otherwise the unit is very nice looking. Looks like a high speed alien smoke alarm. I left it on my table in the basement prior to mounting it head height on the wall just in case I had a bad unit. But bottom line, would recommend and again give it a day to work through the kinks.
Doesn't Work on Wi-Fi

I wanted to like this product, but there are a few flaws. The major one being that it DOESN'T WORK ON WI-FI. It is bluetooth only, so if you want to remotely monitor radon levels only via the device, you are out of luck. It offers email notifications, but do you really need that if you have to be within bluetooth range of the device to monitor it? Also, I don't know if I trust the reading levels on this unit either. We had a professional come to our home and monitor levels and they were wildly different. I think the cost is a little much also considering other similar monitoring products are half the price.

Great, Easy to Use, Long Range

So far so good after about two weeks. Wave feature seems to work well if you use a slow sweeping motion. Bluetooth sync has a very long range it seems. Clean app interface, nice looking. Long Term testing seems to read lower than the one time short time canister which is what I had hoped. Great piece of mind, haven't heard the alarm yet so I can't comment on that. Had one snafu with the app where it froze then brought me back to setup. After login, it did the 2 hour countdown again but still had the saved data show after the two hours.

Easy install. Regular updates. Appears to have the same accuracy as their other detectors. Docking one star because Bluetooth sucks for devices like this. No one wants to have to walk over to the device and sync it. At a minimum there should be a desktop application so you can sync this with a nearby computer rather than your phone. Even better if there was a wifi version (even if it required battery changes a couple times a year).
