Great for a cellphone to stream youth hockey games

I ventured into live streaming my daughter's youth hockey team games for parents unable to attend via YouTube. Trying to film in a rink's bleachers can be a challenge and this product makes it so much easier. I use my Samsung S9+ with an adapter to make it all work. Lightweight, easy to set up and tear down. Solid, overall feel. Highly recommend

Budget starter monopod.

The ballhead and QR plate have a lot of wiggle. The whole thing is compact and shorter than the standard monopods in the market. For the price, I can't complain.
Great Product

I do real estate photography and this works great for moving around the house quickly
Low cost solution - not for self standing stabilization

The pan head is not as smooth as a true fluid head, but it works Ok. I prefer the "flip" type locks on mono and tripods which is why I bought this. This one seems to work well in locking and unlocking quickly. If you hold the grip to stabilize, it works well. But with a camera mounted, the weight causes this to be top heavy so expect it to sway back and forth if you let go. This works great for moving from place to place but will not provide the solid stability of a full size tripod. But I bought this for quickly moving around while shooting video and a tripod was not working. This seems to work great as long as I help stabilize by holding.
