TERRIBLY disappointed. I've purchased Fecido towels before and was very happy. But, I purchased these and they frayed THE FIRST time I washed them. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

WOW!! Just WOW!! I can't believe that the company contacted me, apologized for the fraying, and said they stand-behind-their-products 100%! -- They offered either a refund or free replacement.

It had been four months since I'd gotten the towels, so I went back and examined them. I was pleasantly surprised to see that actually only one towel had continued fraying, and the other was pretty much the same as after the first wash. The company assured me it was just that one item, and they confirmed they are confident in their products. I asked for a replacement (this time I got the Green Apple), and they arrived almost immediately! I washed them as I always do, and the towels are just fine!! I changed my rating to a four star.

I very happy with these towels, and recommend them. Even more, in these days of what feels like impersonal, online shopping I was so pleased with the customer service -- especially that I had not contacted them -- THEY contacted me, and wanted to make it right.

So, I'm a happy customer over here, and will most certainly purchased from this company again!!!

What an amazing set of towels! I was hesitant about purchasing these towels, as I was worried that the cost was so high compared to other towel sets. However, I did purchase a set and am absolutely floored regarding the wonderful quality. I had to write a review... if you are hesitant, buy a set of these towels.... You will love them and like me, you will come back and buy another set (which I am doing as I type this)! Buy these towels, they are amazing, soft, and absorbent. The added joy is their beauty, just glorious. You will be proud to use them every day, and your friends and family will be so impressed. I bought these dish towels for my daughter. Although I bought others as well, she thought these were by far the best. And her four year old daughter likes the cherry decorations. The towels are absorbent, do not lose their color in the wash, and are attractive. i would definitely buy them again.

Everyone for whom I have purchased Fecido dish towels loves them and buys more. They are large, strong, very absorbent and long-lasting. This was my first purchase of towels from the Fruity Collection, and they are well worth the extra money. The border design is a very attractive addition to an already great towel.

Nicely oversized and wash well. My husband and I fight over highly absorbable versus decorative. These towels fit the bill and get high marks from both of us. No more fighting... Over towels
