Key will not open deadbolt

Four hours out of my husband and myself life were spent installing this damn thing. Instructions are sketchy at best. After two you tube videos, a couple of drinks, as we talked divorce over this damn deadbolt (And mind you we have been married for 29 years) I using my tiny fingers finally after 18 attempts got the second screw on. Bolt works fine if your inside--NO NO NO NO LUCK if you try to use the key. DO NOT BUY!

The product looks nice and works good for what I need it for. I found it easy to install, but the inside knob seems to be a little wiggle. Otherwise it is a good unit for the money. The little wiggle doses not bother me as long as it does not get any worse. Thanks.

Easy installation process, the handle is a bit flimsy and at times gets stuck in a position making it difficult to lock learned to "reset it" by pulling it up and bringing it back to neutral position, but otherwise does its job.
