Without knowing much about the product I decided to try it and I have to say, being that I work nights I drink lots of coffee. With one of these drinks I was able to function throughout the night (8hrs) without a crash like most energy drinks. Great energy and I prefer the one with regular sugar. The sugar free ones has an after taste to me. But they both work well.
