Adhesive doesn't stick, bar keeps falling down.

In theory, this product works great to keep our toddler from accidentally falling out of the second story window in her bedroom. But, the adhesive does not stick. We have placed it flat against the inside window pane as directed, and this security bar has fallen/dropped twice. I plan to pull off the adhesive stickers and apply really strong glue instead. It doesn't offer much peace of mind when it keeps falling.

Sturdy! I use these in the winter when my window-ACs are in storage. Even if they don't fit perfectly (mine were off by about 3/4 inch when at the closest adjustment slot), it still makes it so your window will only open so much. The grips on the ends are soft and help provide grip and protection. Awesome item! Worth the price.

These are quite good. I couldn't tell if this things reviews were fake or not, so I took a risk and decided to give it a shot, because I really wanted to feel secure with my sliding glass doors. They're standard size sliding glass doors and this fits in it great. I'm pretty sure you'd have to break the glass to get through these bars, because they quite strong for holding in place. Overall, I feel a peace of mind and it only cost $30.
