This is a great essential oil blend for sleep, and I have tried a few other brands previously. I definitely noticed this one helping me from the first time I used it. It smells very soothing and did not give me allergies the way some brands have, and I like how the smell is light and not overly intoxicating. What I like most about it is that it is not full of citrus-type oils that seem to be common in many brands' relaxation and sleep blends, since I notice that citrus, especially tangerine and orange, make me stay awake and are also not scents I particularly like. I recommend trying this blend if you need help relaxing or falling asleep more easily. I will likely be buying it again.

This stuff is the bee's knees. I am a couple weeks pregnant and have been having a hard time getting to sleep due to restless legs and just general restlessness. In the past I have never had any troubles falling or staying asleep so I am pretty sure it's this damn baby. Anyway, I ordered this stuff and put about 6 drops in a diffuser before bed and I slept like a baby. No pun intended.

I use it with some lotion every evening and spread it on my wrists and hands, making sure to take a couple deep breaths, then head to bed. It really helps me get a better night's sleep. I have experimented to be sure the oil is really making the difference and went off and on nights without it...they were not good night's for rest. SO, I really enjoy using this oil and am sure to take it with me as I head here and there. Folks around me say they like the way it smells...so, all good! Note: I tried it in a diffuser then had a terrible time getting up the next morning. It did not repeat while I let it finish diffusing it over that week. So, just a caution with that....I may have gotten too much in it too. So, might have been more my own fault.

My favorite blend! I've bought two (same brand but different blend) but I'm a big fan of lavender so this just when to the top :) but both work! I honestly love this blend, it worked the first night. Most nights I have trouble falling asleep but I followed the directions and put this in my diffuser and I was out! I've been using it every day for an hour since it came in, even when I nap and I've been falling asleep faster, staying asleep longer and feeling more rested when I wake. Thank you!!!
