Great product with an even better company behind it.

I like most people had a need for lubricant for my treadmill belt which hadn't been serviced in a while. I stumbled upon Impresa and had overall good reviews with a decent amount (almost 100) and took a chance. The product worked great as advertised and had great viscosity. In a marketplace where everyone is selling similar products at similar price points, sometimes it is tough to chose.
The biggest thing I noticed was a a great customer service behind the product. When the package arrived, there was a tiny amount of the silicone leaked out in the package. Shipping in the warmer months is going to have some thermal expansion. It's going to be an issue with whoever you go with. The difference was, a tiny note in the package setting the expectation of what could happen during shipping. This small addition is the difference between someone being upset to someone being understanding. It showed me that there is a company that really cares and wants to take care of their consumers and educate them.
With all products being equal, I am always going to give my business to a company that is responsive and cares, and exhibits great customer service. This is the biggest draw to Impresa and why I took time to write this review.

Finally succumbed to paying for this particular silicone. I use it as additive for acrylic paint pouring. Had tried the stuff at HD. This works way better. This seems to produce better and more consistent results if you're looking for "cell production".

I use this for my acrylic pour artwork. It produces very large cells every time. I should try it on my treadmill probably. Lol

As far as I can tell this is exactly what it says it is. The packaging was a little weird as the bottles came in little bags, but this was to prevent possible leaking, which is a good idea. Already used it on my treadmill and it works fine. The bottles work very well for applying the lubricant.
I use this stuff for everything!

This stuff works great. Even though it's labeled as "treadmill lubricant" - It is 100% silicone and can be used to lubricate all of your gym equipment. I use it to lubricate my treadmill, the rails on my water rower, the track of my elliptical, and all of the moving parts on my smith machine and home gym. It's good stuff and stays slick for a long time. The only advice that I would give is if you can find a small piece of oxygen tubing (the female end of the tubing fits perfectly on the top of the lubricant spout) - It will give you better reach under the belt of your treadmill.
