These are basic but worked for me and my kid on intermed high country trip. We did about 3 hours and 1000 feet of vertical in a combination wet snow, occasional mud/brush conditions. Held up OK so far.

Made my first attempt at climbing a 14er here in my home state of Colorado and failed miserably. Got snow blindness, horrifically sunburned, and had to army crawl back to the base due to waist deep snow. These snow shoes were one of the first purchases I made when my vision returned, and I haven't regretted it. They're affordable, very durable, and a very good addition to exploration in the rocky mountain state. Great buy!
