Works well, looks good, easy to put together.

Administriva first. The shipment arrived as expected -- all parts were in the box -- there's a video to link to that goes through steps to put it together. I'm a clutz and usually would put at least one part in backwards. Either because of the design or having watched the video, it was done right the first time. Kudos!

Now for its use. I've had it in place for about a week and am still getting used to it. I didn't have any back pain but my wife said I slouched over my home-office computer. I see how this would help with that and am still working on the best place to sit on the cushion to keep weight off my shins. After a while, my legs hurt from the unexpected pressure. This seems to be normal as the video mentioned something about switching between the old and new chairs until fully used to the new.

It looks good, was easy to put together, works well, and had a bunch of padding on both the leg support and seat. Price is right. I recommend it.
Looks great, but isn't as comfortable as i'd hoped. Needs improvement.

I've owned kneeling chairs for years before purchasing this one.

I like the idea of the extra thick top cushion. But here's the problem: 1) the cushions are hard, they don't "give." Also, the cushion is so big, it pushes you up further away from the kneeling pads. I'm of average height and I find myself sliding down and not sitting properly because I cannot adjust the chair any further so that the knee pads are closer to the seat to account for the extra distance the cushion size creates. It's like they took a standard kneeling chair and threw and extra thick, hard cushion on it. It adds space and messes up the seat to knee distance. On a kneeling chair with a normal cushion, I would be fine. But with the extra inches on this cushion, it widens the gap between your seat and your knees and there is no way to adjust it down further. I think the company has a good idea here but there are a few improvements I would make:

1. Chair came in a TON of different pieces. Took about 25 min to assemble. Directions were not as simple as I would have liked. It was daunting. No, I didnt go to youtube to check out the video. The interior packaging and directions didnt make it clear how to access the video. Also, the metal screws, bolts, etc in the bags weren't labeled as to what pieces they were or went to. Most companies use a combination of numbers and letters to identify the pieces, these directions did not. The directions could DEFINITELY be simplified and improved. I figured them out, but my IQ is higher than most. If I was of average intelligence, I probably would have gotten angry at the complexity of the directions and just returned it.

2. Either the chair needs a wider range of adjustment or the cushion is too thick & hard. The cushion should be made of a different type of base such as memory foam, or the like. At least with a memory foam, the seat would be properly cushioned but there would be some compression of the cushion. At this point, the cushion is hard and not very comfortable. This one change would make the seat far superior than most on the market. Right now, it is comparable to other products. Honestly, reducing the cushion size by 1/2" - 1" and changing the composition to a product like memory foam would do WONDERS to make this product more comfortable and lessen the distance between the seat and knees so that the hardware doesn't have to be re-designed. Without some sort of change, average height women are probably not sitting properly on it. I have to fight to keep my posture in this chair due to the massive cushion. It looks great in the photos but in reality, it doesn't improve the chair and for short to average height individuals, it actually defeats the purpose.

3. Lastly, I don't appreciate being hounded by the seller. I got 4 emails since purchasing the product. One as soon as I ordered it with video instructions. Okay, no offense but when I purchase a product, I dont want to be emailed a bunch about it. These video links should be included in the product packaging. I dont want you contacting me because you dont personalize your instructions/packaging.

Then I received a SECOND email on Wednesday addressing me by an incorrect name and telling me I left a review for them as a seller when I did not.

THEN, I received a THIRD email Friday basically begging for a review "Every time someone like you leaves us a review - a little bell goes off in our little office. The whole office can hear it and everyone smiles :-) It only takes 30 seconds, and as a small family business we rely totally on your feedback and reviews to be successful." This is cute but it was the third email....

Not 24 hours later I received the SAME message from the seller hounding me for a review. At this point, I was very annoyed. If I wanted to leave a review, I would have after the first 3 emails. It would be like if you go to Target to buy a $90 item and Target customer service keeps calling or emailing you demanding feedback. It is pushy and unprofessional. I totally understand WHY they do it but I think they need to consider this point:

I wasn't thrilled with the chair. I wouldn't have left a 3-star review. I just wouldn't have said anything. ("If you cant say anything nice, and all). But they KEEP EMAILING ME begging for a review. So, here it is.

Ultimately, the cushion was a great idea but doesnt work in practice. It is TOO thick and TOO hard. It also alters the natural distance between the seat and the knees so it doesnt work for average to short people. Shorten the cushion by about 1" and switch the composition to memory foam. That will improve the chair, make it comfortable and maintain the integrity of the form so that proper seating is possible.
Uncomfortable...

On top of the Boss brand kneeling chair that we've purchased earlier, we assumed this would be identical except more comfortable due to additional padding. Well, that's not the case. The padding itself might appear to be thicker, but it compresses only so much. Secondly, the seat cushion is parallel to the floor, so you are sitting at the tip end of the chair which makes for a very uncomfortable chair. The Boss brand chair has it tilted about 15-20 degrees, which allows you to rest more evenly your rear end.

Also, the adjustment is a little frustrating compared to the gas strut that's on the Boss chair. You need to turn the knurled knob for up and down adjustment that seems limited to a few inches.

All in all, we were disappointed with this chair and had to return it. Unfortunately, packing this item back in it's original box is quite the challenge if don't remember how it was packed. We ended up using a quarter of a roll of packing tape just to get the box to close fully.

Recommend that you look elsewhere and pay attention to the angle of the seat cushion. See attached picture with the Boss on the left and the Sleekform on the right.
As good as you'll find!

As far as kneeling chairs available on Amazon go, this chair is probably the best you will find! The item was well packaged, easy to assemble, and adjusts height with minimal effort. There was some odor present after first unpacking, but that faded within a few days. The only thing that would make this chair better is if you could independently adjust the angle of the seat/knee pads regardless of the height. I brought this issue up with customer service, and received a prompt response indicating they care about their customers' feedback.

I would recommend anyone looking for a kneeling chair give this one a try; you can be confident that this product will either work for you, or the seller will make it right!
A good start, but needs some adjustments

I have been using the kneeling chair for about 3 days now. I can't seem to get the angle right. It would be very helpful if the cushions were contoured because the front edge of the seat cushion is causing pressure along the ridge where my legs meet my butt. I have to slide forward in the seat to compensate for it, which puts too much weight on my shins. I have been playing with the hight adjustment to try to get it right. I will probably cut and mold some new cushions, at least for the seat, contouring it for my butt and the shape of my legs so the cushion doesn't cut in.
The mesh fabric is also very scratchy and abrasive. I am vegan, which is why I didn't order the leather, and I dislike the feel of vinyl on my skin. I thought the mesh would breathe well, but it's quite abrasive. if I keep the chair, I will likely make custom covers out of microsuede. I do like the chair for my back (especially when I also wear a back brace), but I wish the seat was angled down a bit more. The angle of the seat changes when I adjust the height. I wish those adjustments were mutually exclusive because as soon as I get the height right, the angle of the cushion is wrong. Granted, I have only had the seat for a couple of days. I hope I don't have to return it. There is a 50/50 chance. I am going to see if I can find a cushion to go on top of it first before I attempt to modify or return it.
It was easy to assemble, and is easy to adjust, well made for the price. FYI I am 5'5, weigh 104
Edit. I have had the chair about 5 days now. I bought this cushion to go on top, which helped. I'm still adjusting, but have decided to keep the chair. Customer service was excellent. This is the cushion I bought. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QHKCWE4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I plan to make some cushion covers to integrate the cushion I bought with the chair and to cover the rough mesh fabric (which is mainly a problem because I sit with bare legs).
