These are awesome!

My dietician recommended chickpea pasta so I (reluctantly) purchased these after being somewhat marginal with the gluten-free pastas I've tried in the past. These are wonderful!! They don't go easily soggy (like the rice ones) and they are healthy and don't leave you feeling overly full or bloaty. This variety case comes with a variety of useful pasta shape options. Definitely will reorder.
LOVE!

With proper cooking practices, you cannot tell the difference between what pasta and chickpea pasta. Cook separately and add to dishes at the end of their cooking, stir in and turn off the heat. Let sit to serve while at temperature desired.
Great carb exchange but expensive

I liked these, gave them a 4 due to slight flavor change. Would love to have them as a staple but the price makes me turn to cauliflower.
Super yummy and filling

Super yummy and filling! It takes a bit longer to cook than regular pasta, but it's worth the wait. No strange aftertaste or texture. I love this with pesto or sautéed cherry tomatoes. It is way cheaper than at Whole Foods!
Great for diabetes

I got these because I wanted to be able to eat my noodle dishes and sometime Zucchini noodles just don't cut it. I didn't taste any difference but my blood sugar was well within range! Of course it's important to remember that a lot of your sauces have sugar in them so you need to consider that before writing off these noodles as the culprit for your blood sugar spike.
