Great cheese, fantastic service

The cheese is really good. Better than the trader joe's product. The seller is also very reliable. My first package was lost by FedEx, and they immediately sent another one for free. Arrived cold. Difinately recommend it.

I am 72 years old and I am half French...And apparently that is enough for me to crave the best of almost all things French (Except snails!).
I took a chance on this...Because, I have been to France many times over several decades and had hoped that this Brie "might" be as deliciously fresh as I can only find there. The reason is that I live in Pittsburgh area; there is no such thing here. Sadly...Not a French town at all.
The result was fantastic Brie as good as the best in France...Great ingredients and just Fresh, Fresh, Fresh.
It seems like the taste of this cheese is like being at Belletoile the day it was made...Just remarkable!!! Not strong; just wonderfully tasty.
If you want strong, leave it wrapped in foil in a mild indoor/ambient temperature; check it every couple days...Until you find your particular pleasure!
I must add that I paid $79.90 + $19.80 shipping. (Shipping inc. a bunch of Cold Packs & 10 days direct from Belletoile in France; received very cold!)
Not for the 4.4 lbs as stated on Amazon; but for 7.14 lbs....not as stated on Amazon!!!
Including shipping that is only 13.96/ib; a bargain, for what I think is up there with the Best Brie I have had!
