The generator came dented and with the help of the manufacturer we only managed to received one damaged part. Although they were helpful through email, it was hard to converse to let them know exactly what was wrong. It is still not fixed and I am not sure we will be able to use it when the time comes. Very disappointing.

The generator was shipped UPS and arrived upside down. I was hesitant to open the carton because when I put in its upright position a lot of stuff was rattling around. The owner's rep told me that I can open it because it is shipped dry and that there would be minimal damage since as the picture shows it is shipped with a roll bar. I guess they learned long ago that shipping generators is problematic and made it so it would be hard to damage during shipment.
Assembly was very easy because all the assembly required was putting on the 2 wheels and two handles.
Starting was a little more difficult because nowhere in the instructions is it noted that the negative terminal on the battery is disconnected so that the battery remains charged until the owner tests it. It fired up right away after I put the retaining nut on the anode.
The photos used to illustrate where things are was virtually useless; they were too small, too blurry and out of focus.
